Relaxation Massage
Uses slow rhythmic techniques to gently guide your nervous system into a deeply restful state, allowing you to feel nourished, calm, and relaxed.

Therapeutic Massage
This type of massage will include a focus on specific areas of tension or muscle pain.

Deep Tissue Massage
A deep tissue massage targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue and is effective for relieving chronic tension or pain.

Athletic/Sports Massage:
This therapeutic massage targets muscle-tendon junctions to improve athletic performance or reduce pain from injury.

Prenatal Massage
A massage to be enjoyed during any trimester and helps with everyday aches, pains and discomforts of pregnancy. We recommend consulting your doctor or midwife before booking a treatment.

Infant Massage
Touch is a very powerful element in human bonding, as are communication - both verbal and non-verbal - and prolonged eye contact. Infant massage encompasses and supports all of these vital aspects of bonding. A guardian must be present during the massage.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is hands on, client-centred manual therapy, exercise, physical activity, and health education.
Treatment plans will consider your current situation and your goals, combined with high quality therapy and evidence to get you back to optimal functional - and keep you there.

Chiropractic

Chiropractic care is a non-invasive, manual approach that provides the diagnosis, treatment and preventative care for issues and disorders related to the spine, pelvis, nervous system and joints, as well as soft tissue. Adjustments help relieve pain and restore normal functioning to the joints and supporting muscles and ligaments, with the goal of helping you feel physically able.

Reiki is a complimentary healing modality which can benefit many other treatments a client may be following and stands for Universal Life Force Energy which transfers the flow of high frequency chi (energy) from the hands of the practitioner to the client without any contact. This is possible due to the fact that our bodies have an energetic field and Reiki amplifies one’s natural process of healing through this potent exchange, resulting in the client experiencing a restorative, balancing, and cleansing effect.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a millennia old technique that involves the insertion of hair-thin, sterile needles through your skin at strategic “pressure points” on your body called acu-points and is renowned for resolving a myriad of the physical, emotional and energetic blockages that people face on a daily basis.

Jes Cameron is our Physiotherapist. Her clients often tell her that she’s different from other physiotherapists they’ve seen, in that she learns about each individual as a person to get to the root of the issues they’re facing, rather than simply providing band-aid relief.

Jes provides ample one-on-one and hands-on treatment time with her clients and prides herself in being a gentle practitioner, helping her clients to feel relaxed and at ease in her care.

In her spare time, Jes enjoys searching for sea glass, hanging out with her family, crafting, running, yoga, and barré.
